Strawberry Blueberry Raspberry Fruit Smoothie
1/2 cup strawberries
1/4 cup blueberries
1/4 cup raspberries
1/4 cup milk or soy milk
Note: If you like a creamier smoothie, you can add 1/4 cup yogurt to this recipe
ice (as desired if you like your smoothie a bit more chilled)
Blend all the berries and milk and ice until smooth. Pour into a glass and enjoy!
