Orange Apricot Fresh Fruit Smoothie Recipe
2 oranges (peeled and sectioned)
5 apricots (remove the seeds)
1/2 cup orange juice
ice (as desired)
optional healthy additions:
1-2 teaspoons psyllium seed husks (great fiber - does not change the taste at all - recommended by Dr. Oz)
1 teaspoon flaxseed oil (so good for you - I add it to almost all my smoothies)
Blend all ingredients until smooth. The ice is optional, however I add a bit of ice to every smoothie I make and then blend until smooth so that my smoothie is very cold and thick. Try it and see if you like it. Enjoy!
