Peach Banana Raspberry Pineapple Yogurt Fresh Fruit Smoothie Recipe
1 banana
2 ripe peaches (take out seeds and cut in chunks)
1 cup raspberries
1 cup pineapple or 1/2 cup pineapple juice
1/3 cup yogurt
optional healthy additions:
1-2 teaspoons psyllium seed husks (great fiber - does not change the taste at all - recommended by Dr. Oz)
1 teaspoon flaxseed oil (so good for you - I add it to almost every smoothie)
Blend all ingredients until smooth. The ice is optional - you can adda little ice to your blender after you have blended all the other ingredients and then blend until smooth again. This is the way I enjoy my smoothies - thick and cold and refreshing. Enjoy!!
