Peach Pineapple Passion Fruit Yogurt Fresh Fruit Smoothie Recipe
2 peaches
2 cups pineapple
2 passion fruits (cut in 1/2 and scoop out the flesh)
1/3 cup yogurt
1/2 cup pineaple juice
ice (optional - add as desired if you like your smoothie to be more chilled or thick)
optional healthy additions:
1-2 teaspoons psyllium seed husks (great fiber - does not change the taste at all - recommended by Dr. Oz)
1 teaspoon flaxseed oil (so good for you - I add it to almost every smoothie)
Blend all ingredients until really smooth. Enjoy!
