Orange Nectarine / Peach Fresh Fruit Smoothie Recipe
1 1/2 cups orange juice (fresh squeezed is best if you have it)
4 nectarines or peaches (seeded and cut in chunks)
ice (as desired - this makes makes your smoothie more chilled and thick)
optional healthy additions:
1-2 teaspoons psyllium seed husks (great fiber - does not change the taste at all - recommended by Dr. Oz)
1 teaspoon flaxseed oil (so good for you - I add it to almost every smoothie)
Blend all ingredients until very smooth and enjoy!
