Pineapple Passion Yogurt Fruit Smoothie Recipe
2 cups pineapple
2 passion fruits (cut in 1/2 and scoop out the flesh)
1/8 cup yogurt
1/8 cup pineapple juice
ice (add as desired to get frozen chilled smoothie)
optional healthy additions:
1-2 teaspoons psyllium seed husks (great fiber - does not change the taste at all - recommended by Dr. Oz)
1 teaspoon flaxseed oil (so good for you - I add it to almost every smoothie)
Blend all ingredients in your favorite high powered blender until very smooth - Enjoy!!
