Pineapple Banana Coconut Lime Tropical Fruit Smoothie Recipe
2 cups pineapple
1 banana
1 Tablespoon coconut milk
1/2 lime, juiced
1/8 cup pineapple juice
ice (add as desired to make your smoothie more chilled and thick)
optional healthy additions:
1-2 teaspoons psyllium seed husks (great fiber - does not change the taste at all - recommended by Dr. Oz)
1 teaspoon flaxseed oil (so good for you - I add it to almost every smoothie)
Blend all ingredients in your favorite high powered blender and pour into a glass, and enjoy!!! I feel like I am on a beach enjoying the surf and sun when I drink this smoothie!
