Strawberry Raspberry Yogurt Fruit Smoothie Recipe
2 cups raspberries
2 cups strawberries
1/8 cup yogurt
1/8 cup cranberry juice
ice (add as desired to make your smoothie thick and chilled)
optional healthy additions:
1-2 teaspoons psyllium seed husks (great fiber - does not change the taste at all - recommended by Dr. Oz)
1 teaspoon flaxseed oil (so good for you - I add it to almost every smoothie)
Blend all ingredient until totally smooth. Pour into a glass and enjoy!
