Blueberry Blackberry Banana Yogurt Fruit Smoothie Recipe
3 cups of blackberries or blueberries (or a mix of both)
1 ripe banana
1/3 cup of yogurt
1/2 cup of apple juice
ice (add as desired to make your smoothie thick and chilled)
optional healthy additions:
1-2 teaspoons psyllium seed husks (great fiber - does not change the taste at all - recommended by Dr. Oz)
1 teaspoon flaxseed oil (so good for you - I add flaxseed oil or flaxseeds to almost every smoothie)
Blend all ingredients until smooth - then enjoy!
