Mango Blueberry Yogurt Guava Fruit Smoothie Recipe
3 cups of blueberries or blackberries
1 mango (peeled and pitted)
1/3 cup yogurt
1/2 cup guava juice
ice (add as desired to make your smoothie thick and chilled)
optional healthy additions:
1-2 teaspoons psyllium seed husks (great fiber - does not change the taste at all - recommended by Dr. Oz)
1 teaspoon flaxseed oil (so good for you - I add it to almost every smoothie)
Blend all ingredients until smooth - then enjoy!
