Tropical Smoothie | Coconut Papaya Banana Kiwi Pineapple Smoothie Recipe
1/2 cup pineapple chunks
1/2 cup coconut milk
1 fresh papaya (peeled and seeded)
1 kiwi (peeled and cut in chunks)
ice (add as desired to make your smoothie thick and chilled)
optional healthy additions:
1-2 teaspoons psyllium seed husks (great fiber - does not change the taste at all - recommended by Dr. Oz)
1 teaspoon flaxseed oil (so good for you - I add flaxseed oil or flaxseeds to almost every smoothie)
Blend all ingredients until smooth - then enjoy!
