Peach Mango Orange Fruit Smoothie Recipe
3 peaches (or nectarines) (remove the pits)
1 mango (remove the pit and skin)
1 orange (peel and split in sections)
1/2 cup orange juice
ice (add as desired to make your smoothie thick and chilled)
optional healthy additions:
1-2 teaspoons psyllium seed husks (great source of fiber - does not change the great taste of your smoothie at all - recommended by Dr. Oz)
1 teaspoon flaxseed oil (so good for you - I add it to almost every smoothie)
Blend all ingredients until smooth pour into your glass and enjoy!
