Orange Papaya Banana Tropical Smoothie Recipe
1 orange (peeled)
1/4 lime (peeled)
1/2 ripe Hawaiian papaya or 1/4 ripe Mexican Papaya
1 ripe banana (peeled)
ice (add as desired to make your smoothie thick and chilled)
optional healthy additions:
1-2 teaspoons psyllium seed husks (great fiber - does not change the taste at all - recommended by Dr. Oz)
1 teaspoon flaxseed oil (so good for you - I add it to almost every smoothie)
Blend all ingredients until smooth - then enjoy!
