Mango Peach Fruit Smoothie
1 ripe sweet mango (peeled and cut in chunks)
3 ripe sweet peaches (cut in chunks )
1/4 cup orange juice
ice (add if desired to make your smoothie thick and chilled)
Note: if you like your smoothies a little sweeter you can add some raw honey
optional healthy additions:
1-2 teaspoons psyllium seed husks (great fiber - does not change the taste at all - recommended by Dr. Oz)
1 teaspoon flaxseed oil (so good for you - I add it to almost every smoothie)
Blend all ingredients until smooth - then enjoy!
