Pineapple Mango Kiwi Fresh Fruit Smoothie
1 large ripe mango (remove the pit)
4 kiwi fruit (peeled)
3 cups fresh cut pineapple
ice (add if desired to make your smoothie thick and chilled)
Optional healthy additions:
1-2 teaspoons psyllium seed husks (great fiber - does not change the taste at all - recommended by Dr. Oz)
1 teaspoon flaxseed oil (so good for you - I add it to almost every smoothie)
Blend all ingredients until smooth - then enjoy!
