Pineapple Lime Refreshing Fruit Smoothie
3 cups fresh pineapple (cut in chunks)
1/4 - 1/2 fresh lime (remove the peel) or you can substitute 1 scoop of lime sorbet
1/4 cup pineapple juice
ice (OPTIONAL - add some ice after blending all other ingredients if you desire to make your smoothie more thick and chilled)
Optional healthy additions:
1-2 teaspoons psyllium seed husks (great fiber - does not change the taste at all - recommended by Dr. Oz)
1 teaspoon flaxseed oil (so good for you - I add it to almost every smoothie)
Blend all ingredients until smooth - then enjoy!
