Blueberry Blackberry Banana Apple Smoothie
1 1/2 cups blueberries
1 1/2 cups blackberries
1 large ripe banana
2/3 cup apple juice
ice, if desired (you can add some ice to your blender to make a cooler smoothie if you like)
Optional healthy additions:
1-2 teaspoons psyllium seed husks (great source of fiber - does not change the taste of your smoothie- as recommended by Dr. Oz)
1 teaspoon flaxseed oil (this is so good for you - I add it to almost every smoothie I make)
Place all ingredients into your blender and then Blend all ingredients until smooth - then enjoy!
