Banana Blueberry Pear Orange Collards Green Smoothie
Ingredients:
1 banana – 1/2 pack blueberries – 1 pear – 1 peeled orange – 1/2 bunch collards – 1/2 bunch red leaf lettuce – 16 ounces of fresh squeezed orange juice
Blend in your high powered blender and enjoy!
optional: add some ice to the blender at the end of the blending to make your smoothie more COOL
Also - you can experiment with different greens and fruits in your smoothies. Other greens you might want to try….bok choy, cilantro, spinach, kale, other lettuces. have fun!
